April 30th, 2011 admin I was a student whose mother died just talk. This child (teenager) is on the cc debt in Mom's name only in California incurred during the marriage troubles. Dad was not a guarantor or anything.
What I can tell the child about what happened here? The OC just write it with a death certificate or will pay to look at Dad?

Before the reunion I was 30 days behind twice and 60 twice, and they include acct when I went with a debt management program in September of 06, although the account was caught up and listed as a power in March from 06th I moved yesterday and today TC is now listed as acct disparagingly of the TU part of my report. I DO owe the money, but I refuse to pay collection agency. The company I originally owed the debt sold and wrote it down in December '08 .
