June 29th, 2011 admin In conversation with my father today, I learned he has a hard time, so I thought I had to post a question here, to see if I could, the refinancing will try help.
He but decreases because of TL on his CRs turned from a first Nat'l Bank CC, was alone in his 2nd Wife's name – they have been divorced for some time. The debt ratio is € 13,000 and is now in the collection.
Is held responsible for this debt? More to the point – how can it be removed from his CRs?

June 29th, 2011 admin So, I've dug myself into a nasty credit hole where I can't afford the minimum payments anymore. ($62k in cc debt with 30% interest rates on a $55k salary is no good). I have reviewed my options and believe that chapter 13 is really the best way to go.
However, before I file, I know I need to show that I haven't charged any luxury items on my cc's for 3 months. However, I travel 2-3 weeks/mo for my job and have to pay for the expenses myself, then get reimbursed

Help in fixing CR after BK [blown away] [judgement]
June 29th, 2011 admin My husband filed chapter 7 in 2001 and had it discharged in 2001. Last week he got a letter from a credit card company saying they are closing his account because he filed bk in last 48 months. We called to get the CR. I've looked at his credit report before since the BK but this time I was blown away.

– What's the timetable for the BBB to get back to me if they do it?
