I have an unpaid medical collection, which is only a year old. I want to DV, but I read that if you run a collection of DV within SOL, you risk being sued. I'm thinking about doing a pay for delete. I'm not sure which way you.

admin Here's my story….CH7 filed in August 06, discharged in November 06. Didn't look at my credit report again until February 08 (basically I was scared to death) when I discovered everything was still showing up as delinquent. Did online disputes saying, "Hey, these should say IIB." Obviously, that was before I found this site and learned that's NOT what you're supposed to do. So, now I'm left with a weird assortment of things on my reports, and no idea what to disput

July 31st, 2011 admin Got back from vacation today and in the mailbox a letter from EQ was treated to a “John Ackr” they say can not verify their information. My husband has a similar last name, but his first name is definitely not John. Could this be a sign that anyone could under the name of our address? Or is this a fault in EQ system?

When I called and spoke with the CSR she said that was the only factor that was tested and the only reason for the decline. None specified Recon offered.
