admin have been dealing with Asset Acceptance for a while now. The history so far is as follows.
1) January they reported to CRAs and I sent a DV asap. Disputed with CRAs as well. They verified to CRAs and later sent some document as a validation.
2) I disagreed and sent out another DV. I again mentioned their violations. They replied only with a signed contract letter (only the signed page) and nothing else. This still does not establish the 'debt'. So I kept quite and was contempla

I had a few threads here about my DH was with a loan from a financial institution that he had received after the previous year and in March told him that it was about to be charged-off. So he went down there and offered a settlement and she accepted. He paid them so they do not pay-'s off.

Well, I received (as many of you probably have too) note in the mail today that effective 30th October 2007 Amazon Acct Credit is issued by Citi no longer accepted or valid. She declared that all payments would be charged as by the User Agreement and any remaining funds should also be paid as outlined in the user Agreement.

September 26th, 2011 admin I have half a dozen medical bills that are up-to-date but I'm struggling to keep them that way. They have not entered collections at this point and therefore do not show up on my CR. Once I notify these medical establishments that I'm filing, will they then report the information to my CR? September 26th, 2011 admin Tried that old addy from Equifax. When I was at my results this evening, I saw Watch noted that address is not deleted, but the city was listed incorrectly. The street, house number and postcode are correct.
I have Public Record I want to dispute online. I wonder whether the record will come back to me as listed with the wrong city. The Addy is that especially record.
