Soon I start trying to get rid of my baddies.
I have 2-3 30-day lates on any CRA.
My FICO is enough to show 680-700 typically.
No collections. Old BK does not appear. Old records public (NOD), Tax Lien – do not think showing.
I find the latest, what could be me kill ling is my credit card utilization.
I'm usually 80-100% by the charts with CL

August 3rd, 2011 admin One of my past evil, and it is my kicks arse.
C / O in the summer of 03 it is from collections SOL, but is on my report for more 6ish months.
They have all documents on the account, including the signature if I applied and never sold any statement.
They acct, but never pursued collection either, (except for monthly letters to set up arrangements pmt)
The account reports all three as charged in her monthly update with a new 90 day late and My Balance (2600) and my limit of 0

I have 7 villains, the super glue, I've tried everything, EXCEPT not from me. (We all know what happened then is not there) .
Is it the one that is all that can be done?
Am to go I really have to wait until 6 / 2010, when the last bad guy falls out the other then the repo my lawyer and I work, that is 2013 (Hopefully sooner with the new evidence)?

I had a Chapter 7 in 2002. I started credit repair back in November and have managed to get most of the baddies on my reports updated correctly to IIB.
There are still 3 items that are not listed as IIB but were included when I filed.
Each of them have a last reported date of 8/02, each have no balance listed & each report as collection/ charge off/ transferred to another lender.

June 15th, 2011 admin I need some things from my report, I received a letter spinner is in store for them, but before I send the letters, I need some helpful words of wisdom. The bad guys on my report are all in the form of a collection agency, and not the original creditor. Currently, my notarized letters are written directly to the OC, not the CA. Is that the way should take me, or I should turn around that? One of the villains is only reporting to a CRA, I would take a risk, they could begin reporting to the other

June 5th, 2011 admin I entered credit card a few months, freah out of bankruptcy, I was afraid, even at my credit report. I sent my first letter of dispute in May, and since then I've had nine bad guys cleared away and a pr. I have the card orchard cj-card, and today only a few minutes I was approved for Hooters! I just wanted to say thank you. You guys are great, annd it's nice to know that I have someone to turn I have a question.

May 17th, 2011 admin Long story short, I am trying to rebuild my credit card and wanted to know if anyone ever have any experience with Macy's? I closed an account and it went under distress and is still referred to Macy's to inquire and was told that as soon as the balance off completely they are re instate my account with a credit line / balance that I owe currently. I have a thin file CB and this is one of two villains that I have at the moment and wanted to pay it anyway as its win-win situation for both
