And the card was issued by (I think) RNB (Retailers National Bank?) 8 years. It was not to my CO and CR is reported in years. I was drawn to the target location and noticed the card is now Bank Target?
Does anyone know if they blacklist?

August 16th, 2011 admin I was offered an unpaid CO OC for about 50% of the amount to be paid. This is a very old debt, but it's still in the SOL. They report a large balance on my CR's, the killing of my workload. I made a counter offer to pay it in full for deletion, but was told that it is against their policy. I was told when I fix it, they would mark it as “completed” or “for less than full amount” on my CR. What would be my best option here?

I'm trying to help my sis clean up her credit, she just went through a divorce and needs to fix up her credit really bad, and I just pulled her CR's today and most of her stuff is SOL, but she does have 3 Repo's …I know. She was the co-signer for all 3 of them for her Ex.

Ford Credit.Frustrated! What to do next [cr 39] [ford credit]
August 6th, 2011 admin I have a 30 day late from Ford Credit on my CR. I sent a letter to Good Will Ford demanding that they remove the late. I have had 3 car loans with Ford were all paid off and everyone was on time every month except one time I 30 days late on 1 Payment was. I currently have a lease agreement with Ford and have paid on time. You think it would kill her to remove one I had from the late January 2000. because we have such good customer all these years. But nnnnooooo, I get a letter in the mail today

July 23rd, 2011 admin I have been trying to get FCNB off of my CR's for over a year now. I've disputed every way possible but it keeps coming back verified.
Doing some research, I see that FCNB actually went under, and the account is being reported by Infistar/First National Bank of Omaha (showing on my CR as as FCNB/MasterTrust instead of just FCNB).
Does the purchaser of a BK'd account also purchase the right to report the BK?
Does anyone know for sure if this Infistar/First National B

July 17th, 2011 admin Hate to say this, but had big problem with NFCU.Member since 1975 but in 2004, I had to IIB them for about $3800. Got my DC in 9-05 and pulled CR's in February 06. NFCU was reporting what used to be one acct as 3 accts. One positive (?) and 2 derog.
Disputed with all 3 CRAs over and over. TU was the worst. I even included the POC from my bankruptcy which showed the CU had merely assigned my acct a different number in charge off after I filed, but no one even looked at my CMRR's I

Deleting BK off CR's [cr 39] [bk]
May 8th, 2011 admin I have been concentrating on cleaning up my negative TL's and have for the most part ignored the BK on my files.
Now I am ready to try to delete the BK's from my file.
Before I start, maybe some of you veterans could please answer a few question for me:
1. Is it even a good idea to delete BK's or could this lead to other problems?
2. I am asumming that the correct way to start is to try to eliminate all IIB references in my report and only then dispute the BK'
What does a second Bankruptcy do to Scores [cr 39] [ch 7]
April 28th, 2011 admin I hope someone will have an answer for me, my first BK petition was dismissed (voluntary) about 2 yrs ago. I have paid several of the smaller debts since then but there are still some pretty large debts outstanding. Some have gone to collection, others have been charged off.
