I considered the application to CJ, because they can do the “windfall” method and not really a train on your credit report.
I have a lot of the identity theft that CJ from previous account holder has occurred to read, and wondered if they were certain to try again?
Any feedback from anyone?

The debt was a write-off for $ 7500 and they offer me a $ 3,700 profit . but . this debt is not on my credit report is not anymore, and I'm at 780! July 21st, 2011 admin The problem I have is a valid debt(volluntary repoed truck in '04…..I know, I know….stupid of me). He called and offered to settle for 3700 of the 7600 owed. I agreed and he gave me 2 weeks to come up with the money. I got the money in 12 days. Called him. He rescinded saying they changed their mind and now want 4800. I hung up on him and now he is harrassing me at work and home. He called me at 1130 at home on a weeknight. Hung up on him again.
