June 23rd, 2011 admin I'm very confused about refinancing options.
We bought a 2000sqft manufactured home + land package in 2001 (poor choice, in retrospect.) We financed through the dealer's (Palm Harbor) financier and got a mortgage for $128K ($80K house + $40K land + fees) with only $1500 down @ 8%. It was bought by WaMu by our second mortgage payment.
We had severe financial issues in 2005, resulting in many late payments and 2 charge-offs + collections. WaMu started foreclosure in 11-200
June 13th, 2011 admin So I had to walk a WaMu bank account collection, it was bought by RJM Acquisitions LLC. I received a settlement offer to them in January . then it was not reporting on my CR . So I thought I'd better pay off immediately. I sent them a check . they cashed a few days later. it's been a month and it is still reporting on my CR unpaid . So I've paid as controversial by TU . May 23rd, 2011 admin I just got the results on my EQ dispute. They received my dispute 6-5-07. I knew most of this all ready, since I pulled my reports and recieveing regular updates from them, but it is so beautiful, it's written all together.
Results be seen:
Asset Acceptance – deleted
Wamu/Providian CO – deleted
Northeast Credit and Collections / Commonwealth – deleted
My EQ is clean and my score went from 623 to 715.

May 6th, 2011 admin Hi, I wanted yesterday to check on my cc account online and I noticed a fraudulent charge on my WAMU Internet cc. The transaction was on 1 / 19 and posted a / 21th I called and they said I had to print out a dispute form, and said the representative, take it back about 3 billing cycles to credit. Is there a chance that they still hold me responsible for charge and do not credit me? Thanks

just a quick FYI – a few weeks ago I noticed an online application offered WaMu biz for their visas – in the past you had a branches.
It her 's 0% for 6 mos on purchases and BTS go (but – Caution – BTS, 3% trans fee – no max) and, after 9.9% and higher, depending on the credit history.
(i applied for it – have the current 9.9 to promo – but stingy 8.5K – too much probably use credit .)
